Welcome to Lumerexa Multi‑AI Chat Platform ("Lumerexa", "we", "us", "our"), a project of AC Bilişim, based in Ankara, Türkiye. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lumerexa websites, including https://lumerexa.comand https://app.lumerexa.com(collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Lumerexa is a multi‑AI chat platform that allows users to interact with and compare responses from multiple artificial intelligence models.

  • Claude
  • Gemini
  • Llama
  • Mistral
  • Perplexity
  • Grok
  • Amazon Nova
  • Kimi K2
  • DeepSeek
  • and different versions or variations of these models.

Lumerexa does not claim ownership of these third‑party models.

4. Free and Premium Usage

Lumerexa offers both Free and Premium usage plans.

  • New users may access the Service with limited and quota‑based usage upon initial registration.
  • Usage limits may apply to the number of messages, features, or models available.
  • Premium subscriptions may provide increased quotas or additional features.

Lumerexa reserves the right to modify usage limits, quotas, or plan features at any time.

5. User Content

5.1 User Submissions

You may submit content such as prompts, text, or files ("User Content") while using the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Lumerexa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that it:

  • Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
  • Does not include harmful, illegal, or abusive material.

5.3 Chat History Storage

Chat histories are stored until the user chooses to delete them. Users can delete their chat history at any time through the Service interface.

6. AI‑Generated Content Disclaimer

All responses generated by the Service are produced automatically by artificial intelligence systems.

  • AI‑generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated.
  • The Service does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any output generated by the Service.

Use of AI‑generated content is entirely at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

8.1 Account Deletion by User

Users may delete their account at any time through the Service. Upon account deletion, all associated data, including chat history and related records, will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Upon termination or deletion, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform‑related content, design, branding, and software (excluding User Content and third‑party AI models) are the property of AC Bilişim / Lumerexa and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Lumerexa makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy or reliability of AI‑generated content.
  • Availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumerexa and AC Bilişim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
