Subscription Refunds

Lumerexa is a subscription-based SaaS service. Once a subscription is activated, refunds are generally not provided for unused time, partial usage, or early cancellation.

Trial Period

If a free trial or limited free usage is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the service during this period before purchasing a paid subscription. Refund requests made after the subscription has started will not be accepted solely due to dissatisfaction.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical issues that completely prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Billing errors caused by our payment provider

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@lumerexa.comwithin 14 days of the purchase date, including:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed via Paddle, our authorized payment provider, and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
